Refund policy

At N3XT GENERATION LLC, we strive to provide a professional experience for both coffee buyers and participating roasters. Because our platform includes memberships, coffee samples, and wholesale coordination services, the following Return & Refund Policy applies.

Membership Fees

Recurring Memberships

Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.

Membership benefits may include:

  • Access to roaster directories
  • Wholesale pricing visibility
  • Sample request access
  • Industry resources
  • Buyer network participation

Refunds

Membership fees are generally non-refundable once billed.

We do not provide prorated refunds for:

  • Partial membership periods
  • Unused memberships
  • Failure to use platform features
  • User cancellation after renewal

Membership Cancellation

Users may cancel their membership at any time.

Cancellation will stop future recurring charges, but access will continue through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

To cancel, users may:

Coffee Samples

Sample Orders

Coffee sample requests submitted through the platform are coordinated with participating roasters.

Because coffee is a consumable product, sample orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once fulfilled or shipped.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a sample shipment arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect

Users must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order information
  • Photos of the issue
  • Description of the problem

Approved claims may qualify for:

  • Replacement samples
  • Store credit
  • Refund consideration at our discretion

Wholesale Transactions

Wholesale purchases made directly between buyers and roasters are subject to the individual roaster’s policies and terms.

N3XT GENERATION LLC is not responsible for:

  • Roaster fulfillment issues
  • Shipping delays
  • Product quality disputes
  • Wholesale contract disagreements

Buyers and roasters are responsible for resolving transaction disputes directly unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.


Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless:

  • An incorrect shipment was sent
  • The shipment was damaged due to fulfillment error

Chargebacks

Users agree to contact us first to attempt resolution before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Membership termination
  • Restriction from future platform use

Policy Updates

We may update this Return & Refund Policy periodically.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
