Platform Description
N3XT GENERATION LLC operates a platform connecting cafes and coffee buyers with participating coffee roasters for sourcing, sample coordination, and wholesale purchasing opportunities.
Memberships & Billing
Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled.
Users authorize recurring charges upon subscription signup.
Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Sample Requests
Sample requests submitted through the platform may be shared with participating roasters.
Submission of a sample request does not guarantee approval, fulfillment, or wholesale pricing.
User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Use the platform lawfully
- Not misuse or scrape platform data
- Not interfere with platform operations
Intellectual Property
All platform content, branding, graphics, and materials are owned by N3XT GENERATION LLC unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, N3XT GENERATION LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.
No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee:
- Wholesale pricing outcomes
- Roaster participation
- Sales performance
- Availability of products
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
